IMPORTANT: Our platform is strictly for professional reflection and personal growth. Users are prohibited from entering Patient Health Information (PHI) or any identifying patient details.

We align with institutional standards for professional integrity. All clinical logs should focus on the student's learning outcomes, ethical challenges, and competency development rather than specific patient cases or identifiers.

We collect information necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Authentication data (via Firebase Phone/Anonymous Authentication)
  • Experience and activity logs entered by the user
  • Analytical reflections and competency self-assessments

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to help us understand how users interact with our platform and improve the user experience.
